## Platform modernization + migration mapping
**Situation:** A long-lived CMS platform needed migration planning while editors kept publishing.

**What I did:** Mapped content structures, migration paths, cutover risks, and the decisions the team needed to make before implementation.

**What changed:** The team could discuss a staged path without treating the migration as a single risky leap.

## USWDS-aligned component inventory
**Situation:** A public-facing platform had duplicated components and accessibility expectations that needed to be handled during delivery.

**What I did:** Reviewed patterns, named duplicates, connected accessibility requirements to implementation choices, and created a shared reference for the team.

**What changed:** Governance and implementation had one clearer surface to work from instead of parallel interpretations.

## Accessibility findings + remediation backlog
**Situation:** An active platform had accessibility defects, release pressure, and feature work happening at the same time.

**What I did:** Reviewed the issues, separated urgent user-impacting problems from cleanup work, and sequenced fixes by dependency.

**What changed:** The backlog became work the team could actually plan, not just a list of defects.
