RovoMedia is led by Rob Dean, a senior web developer and technical delivery partner with more than 15 years of experience building, modernizing, and maintaining digital platforms. His work has centered on long-lived systems where reliability, accessibility, governance, and maintainability matter as much as the initial launch.

Rob's background includes enterprise web development, Drupal and CMS architecture, API-driven platforms, legacy modernization, public-sector digital delivery, and the practical work of keeping production systems understandable over time.
