Evidence

Selected work signals from complex delivery environments.

These examples show the kind of problems RovoMedia is built for: aging platforms, operational constraints, governance pressure, accessibility concerns, and systems that need to keep working while they are being improved.

Client-sensitive details are generalized, but the delivery conditions are real. Each example shows the same sequence: constraint, work performed, artifact, and decision value.

Selected work

NDA-safe examples from real modernization work.

Each example links a concrete deliverable to the constraint that shaped it and the result it helped deliver.

Migration mapping artifact showing content model decisions and cutover planning

Platform modernization + migration mapping

This engagement focused on a long-lived platform with active publishing pressure and accumulated technical debt. The work centered on clarifying migration logic and sequencing delivery decisions that could hold under operational constraints.

Constraint
Active publishing, governance review, and no full content freeze. Existing platform behavior and stakeholder needs had to be respected throughout.
Work performed
Mapped migration paths, clarified content structure, and documented implementation sequencing for a lower-risk cutover.
Artifact
Migration mapping artifacts covering structural decisions, cutover logic, and editorial-impact planning.
Decision or delivery value
Reduced uncertainty and gave stakeholders a defensible path to improve the platform without pausing operations.
Component inventory artifact showing design system alignment and governance review

USWDS-aligned component inventory

In regulated and public-facing environments, compliance and consistency demands often arrive under review pressure. This work translated those demands into practical implementation decisions teams could execute.

Constraint
508/WCAG compliance, multiple contributors, long review cycles, and governance expectations that needed to be met as part of delivery rather than bolted on afterward.
Work performed
Built and rationalized a component inventory aligned to USWDS and accessibility expectations, with implementation guidance tied to existing delivery workflows.
Artifact
Component inventory and implementation reference set used for governance and delivery alignment.
Decision or delivery value
Reduced fragmentation and regressions while improving the team’s ability to make explainable tradeoffs under review.
Accessibility backlog artifact showing remediation planning inside an active system

Accessibility findings + remediation backlog

This work focused on deciding where remediation effort should start in an active, constrained platform. The goal was to produce a backlog teams could act on, not just a defect list.

Constraint
Legacy templates, parallel feature work, limited release windows, and a team that needed practical technical judgment before committing to a remediation path.
Work performed
Assessed accessibility risk, prioritized remediation paths, and documented dependencies and tradeoffs for phased implementation.
Artifact
Accessibility findings package and remediation backlog designed for incremental delivery.
Decision or delivery value
Created a clearer decision surface and a sustainable remediation path teams could execute within release and governance constraints.

If these examples match the current environment, RovoMedia can help scope the next move.
